What is the maximum I can order for the RM7 rate?
SPX’s RM7.00 rate applies to parcels under 2.0 kg. Since our standard pack is 0.5 kg, you can bundle up to 4 packs (plus packaging weight) for the same RM7 fee. This is the most cost-effective for medium-sized churches.
How do you handle East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)?
We use SPX Sea Freight for the most economical rates, or Air Freight if you are in a rush. Please note that East Malaysia deliveries typically take 7–10 working days. We recommend East Malaysian churches set their "Subscription Arrival Date" to at least 14 days before the first Sunday of the month.
Can we track the shipment?
Yes. As soon as your order is packed, a tracking number is generated. You will receive an automated link via WhatsApp or Email.
